This afternoon Prof. Babagana Umaru Zulum Flagged Off Youths Empowerment program at bolori store in maiduguri, this is continuition of his Empowerment program across the state.
Governor Zulum in his speech stated that the beneficiary of the program will benefit a lot both elders and youths, 409 elders will benefit the sum of 100,000 naira each, while 380 youths will benefit the sum of 50,000 naira each.
He urged them to be a law-abiding citizens and to use the money given to them in a small business. And letter proceeded to Ramat polytechnic maiduguri where he commission male histel, the histel has capacity of accommodate 1,500 students.
