The maiduguri zonal command of the Economic and Financial Crime Commission (Efcc) arraigned one Muhammad Bukar know as (Gausu) before justice Aisha kumaliya of the Borno state high court, maiduguri on a one count charge of obtaining by false pretenses to the tune of 19,000,000.00 nineteen millions naira.
The defendant fraudulently collected the sum from Ba'ana Modu Buraye for the execution of purported contract awarded to him by Norwegian Refugees council for the supply of water pumps.
