ASUU: Fault FG's Negotiation, May Continue Strike

The union has condemned the federal government handling of the negotiation on its demand and nonchalant attitude towards the ongoing strike.

He added that the union have no choice but to rollover the strike after it's expiration. He added that the rollover ends in two weeks and new from the FG. They didn't make any effort to get in touch with us or seek Ways of ending the strike.

However, the president of ASUU_NGR Prof. Emmanuel Osodeke, said it was shameful for Ngige to tell the union to go and lialise with another party other than Government.

ASUU rollover strike is in its 10th weeks today and will end in two weeks. Last week minister of labour and employment, Chris Ngige, while presented as guest on channel televisions politics today told the union to meet with the Benimi Brigg committee is doing and make further inputs so that the work can be accelerated.
